Same trained crews that move pianos and gun safes, with the two things businesses actually need from a truck vendor — condition photo-logged at both ends of every job, and a Certificate of Insurance before the first job, on request.
Rates below are published because that's how we work with homeowners too: quoted in writing before we roll, no surprises on the invoice. Standing accounts are invoiced weekly.

Clear Damage Terms
Transit damage is on us per our valuation coverage. Pre-existing damage and manufacturer defects are excluded. Agreed in writing before job one.
Weekly Invoicing
Standing accounts get one weekly invoice instead of per-job payments — your bookkeeper will thank you.

Do you move staging furniture for home stagers? Yes — flat-rate staging logistics: $595 per install or de-stage (up to 3 staged rooms plus decor within 20 miles of your warehouse), $1,095 booked together, with priority de-stage scheduling when the listing closes. Every piece pad-wrapped and photo-logged. We're a moving company only — we don't stage homes, so we never compete with you.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for furniture and appliance stores? Yes — $135 per white-glove stop (place, assemble, haul the packaging) or $75 threshold, within 20 miles of your store, $300 dispatch minimum per run. Steady volume? Book a dedicated day: truck plus 2-person crew for $950 and you fill the route.
Can you deliver event rentals or decor to a hotel or venue? Yes — $650 per leg including load-in or strike (up to 3 hours on site), $1,195 for the round trip booked together. Early, late, and same-week work runs +35%. A COI naming your venue is included, sent before the event.
Do you provide a COI naming our venue or store? Yes. We're licensed and insured (USDOT #4262136), and a Certificate of Insurance goes out before the first job on request — included by default on event work.
